Booker T. Washington High School parents, alumni and other community members

By Irene Drew

Dear Booker T. Washington school community

As you know, we are in the midst of searching for the best possible candidates who can lead and support the continuing tradition of academic excellence that has come to define Booker T. Washington. We are at the point in our process where we typically engage the our amazing community and stakeholders to gather input as to the qualities of a school leader that are most important to them and that we should prioritize as we interview potential candidates.

I would like to invite you to attend a community meeting with our chief talent management officer, Talia Shaull, and me to discuss the following:

1.Overview of our school leadership selection process.
2.Input regarding the professional and personal attributes of the next Booker T. Washington principal.
3.Anticipated timeline for final selection.
4.Questions and answers.

Below, you will find the logistical details of the meeting:

Date: February 23, 2017
