Morton Health Services Annual Fall Health Festival To Offer Free Flu Shots And Medical and Dental Screenings On Nov. 18

(TULSA, OKLA., Nov. 8, 2017) Morton Comprehensive Health Services is hosting its annual Fall Health Festival on November 18 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Morton Health, 1334 N. Lansing Ave.

Free flu shots will be available for those without health insurance (while supplies last). Blood pressure screens, cholesterol and blood sugar tests will be offered in conjunction with the North Tulsa Community Coalition’s campaign to Know Your Numbers. Vision and dental screenings, insurance enrollment, and nutrition counseling will be available to the public.

Morton’s 7th Health Festival’s theme is “Eat Well, Move More, Live Longer”. In partnership with the Hutcherson Branch YMCA, Morton will be distributing information about prescriptions for healthy eating and healthy living. A Blender Bike will enable individuals to exercise while they make a healthy smoothie to enjoy. A Jumping Jupiter, face paintings and balloons for children will be among the activities. All services and activities are for the entire family and free to the public.
